Atlanta Masjid of Al-Islam, located in the historic East Atlanta Community, is the largest and oldest Islamic community in Metro Atlanta. We are a community of believers adhering to the Qur’an and the life traditions of Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessing Be Upon Him). Imam Sulaimaan Hamed is the resident Imam of the community and his leadership is supported by four generations of Muslims.
